I've been MIA for a while because I've been preparing for my niece & nephew to stay with us for a week. I got them Tuesday after lunch thru Tuesday. My parents are giving me a 2 day/2 night break over the weekend, which I think my kids will need more than me!
Training for the 1/2 is going good (knock on wood). I got a 6 mile outside on Saturday and hoping to do 7 this Saturday! DH and I are both signed up (he is doing the full marathon) and I have a hotel room booked! The fee for the 1/2 is $55 and the full is $80. The room is already charged to our card, which is $60 with tax. For our race weekend we are already up to $195........there is no backing out now!
Anyway, with 6 kids in the house and DH working a LOT, I don't seem to have a lot of time! Come Tuesday/Wednesday I shall be back!
P.S. on the scale........my weight has been creeping, creeping! I couldn't make it to WW Tuesday cause I had all 6 kids and DH was out of town. I have NOT been having a eat whatever/whenever week so I don't know why the weight is not coming off slowly? It sure seemed to hop on quickly!
