Good March!
New day, new week, new month! That HAS to been a good sign! The weekend was busy, full of food, family & fun! We had a sporting event for DS, a birthday party, church, lunch at mom's, kids' had friends over, and NO SCHOOL today! I can't believe it's already March! The year has already flown by and we're only in March!
This week in the Losing to Win Competition the challenge is to have a perfect week! It should have started Sunday, but being at mom's for lunch and having the kids' friends over doesn't leave me the best choices for food. So, I'm starting today! I need to have a perfect week! I ate a little too much over the weekend, stuffing myself a couple times to where I was miserable. WHY do I do that?
So, today, it's back to tracking, drinking my water and measuring my food. Tomorrow is my weigh-in at Weight Watchers for March on maintenance. I hope and PRAY that I am within two pounds. After stepping on the scale this morning, I'm a little nervous.
Last week the challenge for the Losing to Win Competition was to exercise 30 minutes 5 days last week. Since my treadmill is still not usable, I don't have that to hop on and I don't like my elliptical, I hate to admit I only got in 4 days. Monday we were out of town still on our ski trip, but I did run/walk Tuesday, 30 minutes on the elliptical at the Y on Wednesday, Thursday was my good run, Friday I took off and Saturday I did 3 miles (my back feels GREAT)! No exercise on Sunday. I hope to get to the Y tonight as DH is at the station and two of the kids' have friends over until 4pm.
So, here's to a new day, week & month and I'm going to make it a PERFECT one (week that is)!!!!!
