Weigh-In
I can't believe I've been going to Weight Watchers for 42 weeks now! Granted I've missed a few weigh-ins, but I've been going at this weight loss adventure for 42 weeks now. Tonight I weighed the lowest I've ever weighed at a weigh-in. 130.0 I'm not sure if it because I was sick and I will gain some back or not. But, I'm very excited to be only 2.4 pounds away from my Weight Watchers goal! That is crazy! I started back at the gym today, slowly! I only did the bike for 30 minutes at a slow pace. My head feels huge still, my balance is still off, headaches come and go and I still can't hear from my right ear. I will probably just do easy cardio this week and go from there for next week and how I'm feeling! Here's to a great week!

Awesome. That is fantastic to be that close to your goal weight. You can do it. Great idea going slow, no need to pass out at the gym your first day back. (I only blacked out once at the gym when playing racket ball and slammed myself into the wall. Total and utter embarrassment.)
I'm soooo excited for you - only a few pounds left!!!!! What ever you have sounds miserable - hope you are feeling better soon. So you have been doing this for about 10 months now. How much have you lost all together? I'm very impressed that you stayed with it so long! That is my goal too - just keep doing it week after week until it becomes a part of my life. Easier said than done some days. Congrats! :)
Wow!! That's a big drop! CONGRATS!!! You are the queen of maintaining loss so even if it is a little from being sick... you can keep it off!! Wahoo!!
